Square mile- Red Brick

Just curious so I finally ordered a pack of coffee beans from Square mile, a coffee company in England found by a bunch of World Barista Champions in different years ( mostly James Hoffman) before leaving the U.S.

Waited about 5 days, my beans finally arrived in a air proof bag. They put a label on the bag which described how the coffee should taste like. I'm pretty excited about it. For sure, I can't wait to try it. I brought it to a near by supermarket to grind it since they have a better grinder, mine just sucks. With my portable espresso, it looks good.

About the taste, I'm not a super expert, I couldn't describe the taste of this blend accurately, but I can say this is the most fruity (cherry)coffee I have ever tasted. However, since my portable espresso machine can not be functioned as some professional or semi automatic coffee machine, I can't brew it with the best result. I have search it over the internet, some people also agree that this espresso is relatively ( comparing with french roasted, Italian roasted..etc) difficult to brew. I may need to do more experimentation in order to make it taste better.
